To assist our members with medical billing collections, SFMS and CMA will be hosting two complimentary medical billing collections webinars featuring Mary Jean Sage. Featured topics include:
- Defining the practice collection process
- Determining who does what
- Basic collection techniques; effective collection techniques
- When collection efforts fail – what’s the next step
Mary Jean Sage is a nationally recognized speaker and has worked with many medical groups including the AMA, CMA, SFMS, American Academy of Pediatrics, and Hills Physicians Medical Group. She was instrumental in developing the Certified Medical Billing Associate program, which credentials medical billers and served as the initial Certification Director for the program.
The webinars are scheduled for Wednesday, July 6 at 12:15pm – 1:15pm and 6:15pm – 7:15pm. Both webinars offer the same content, and is offered at no charge to SFMS members and their staff. To register for this or any CMA webinar, please visit www.cmanet.org/calendar.
